The stay was delightful, especially with the spacious Comfort Double or Twin Room that provided a great amount of comfort after a busy day exploring the nearby attractions like Siegfried's Mechanisches Musikkabinett and the Ruedesheim Toy Museum, all within a short walking distance. I appreciated the breakfast, which featured fresh options, including the delightful surprise of sparkling wine and salmon on Sundays. The helpfulness of the proprietors who assisted us with reservations made everything just flow smoothly during our visit.

The breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety, including delightful poached eggs and plenty of fresh options, making mornings a joy. Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. However, the parking situation was confusing, and while the room was comfortable, noise from nearby activities occasionally disrupted our relaxation.

the cleanliness was certainly commendable, but the toilet had a foul smell from time to time, shocking! the weird garage parking situation woudl ve been better off explained on the website, honestly. it’s almost like my request for a complimentary stay upgrade was ignored. unsurprisingly, i just couldn’t give a good review after these disappointments.

Unique bear-themed decor, clean and modern bathrooms, excellent access to outdoor activities
Room size can vary significantly, leading to disappointment!!! Parking at the hotel could use better clarification, as I found it confusing!!! The lack of in-room tea or coffee facilities was frustrating during my stay!!! Poor soundproofing from outside noise disrupted my relaxation!!!

The hotel is close to everything you need like restaurants, boats, and the train station. A great spot for enjoying views of the mountains in the area.
